Marketing student at BYU's Marriott School of Business with an Italian Studies minor. Sets the strategic direction for Roccia and leads client relationships end to end as well as bringing a background across startups, nonprofits, and international teams to every account.

Logan Young
Having led marketing as CMO for both Recur and Van Dyke Construction, he brings extensive experience across marketing strategy and campaign execution across paid media while turning the plans on the services page into the day-to-day work clients actually see results from.

Owns the creative direction behind every piece of content Roccia produces, making sure the work is never just "on brand," but genuinely worth stopping to look at.
